The Senate Agriculture Committee is set to vote Wednesday on Farm Bill 2.0, with Chairman John Boozman saying the package includes more than 100 bipartisan priorities and year-round E15. Proposed credit changes would raise direct farm ownership loans to $850,000 and operating loans to $750,000 as production costs and land values climb. Soybean export inspections rose to 24.7 million bushels last week, with China taking about 12.1 million. Corn inspections reached 60.1 million bushels, while wheat improved to 16.8 million. USDA is expanding trade efforts in Venezuela as food-import demand recovers. The Beef Checkoff approved $39.5 million for 2027 promotion, research, and export marketing. In Lubbock, the Global Sorghum Conference is bringing more than 350 participants from 20 countries to its first U.S. event.
